About
A small agency with big ideas.
Kudu Digital designs and builds bespoke websites, apps and digital platforms — taking an idea from the first conversation all the way through to something people can use.
A small agency with big ideas.
Technology should work for people, not the other way around.
Kudu Digital was built around a simple idea: technology should work for people, not the other way around.
We combine creative thinking, technical development and real-world project delivery to create digital products that actually solve problems.
From websites and mobile apps to bespoke platforms and connected systems, we work with organisations to take an idea from the first conversation all the way through to something people can use.
Built by someone who understands both people and technology.
Kudu’s founder brings experience across animal behaviour, conservation, project management and technology — which gives the studio a slightly different perspective on how people actually interact with the systems around them.
What we hold to.
01
Think Differently
We start with the problem, not a predetermined solution. Which occasionally means talking you out of the thing you came in asking for, because the answer to "we need an app" is sometimes no.
02
Build Properly
We design systems built to work in the real world, not to look impressive in a presentation. That means the failure cases, the slow connection and the person using it for the four hundredth time.
03
Make It Yours
Your business isn’t the same as everyone else’s. Your digital products shouldn’t be either. Bespoke is not a luxury tier here, it is the reason the thing fits.
How an engagement runs.
01
A conversation
What is the problem, what have you already tried, and what would a good outcome actually look like. Free, and genuinely useful even if it goes no further.
02
A written proposal
Scope, approach, price and timeline in writing, along with what is explicitly not included. No proposal is a surprise by the time it arrives.
03
Build in the open
You see working software throughout, not at the end. Progress is visible on a real deployment, and the direction can change while changing it is still cheap.
04
Handover, then whatever you need
The code, the accounts and the documentation are yours. Ongoing support is available and never assumed.
