Integrations & Automation
Your systems should not have to work in isolation. We connect platforms, automate the processes running on copy and paste, and build whatever is needed in between to make the things you already own work together.
All servicesSuited to
- Teams retyping the same information into a second system
- Businesses whose tools each hold a different version of the truth
- Anyone losing a recurring afternoon to a process nobody chose
What you get
- Integrations between the systems you already run
- Automated workflows, with the failure cases handled
- Bespoke middleware where nothing off the shelf fits
- Monitoring, so you find out before your customers do
How this kind of work runs
01
Time it before automating it
Some of what feels wasteful takes four minutes a month. Automating it is a hobby. We would rather find the one that takes an afternoon a week.
02
Assume it will fail
Every integration eventually meets a timeout, a rate limit or a rejected record. What happens then is the design, and it is the part most integrations skip.
03
Leave it visible
Automation you cannot observe is automation you cannot trust. If it stops, somebody should learn that from an alert rather than from a customer.
Questions
- Our tools have no API. Is that the end of it?
- Not usually, but it changes the economics. There is often another route — a scheduled export, a webhook, a supported file drop — and occasionally the honest answer is that it is not worth it.
- Can you work with what we already have?
- Yes, and that is usually the cheaper answer. Replacing a working system to make an integration easier is an expensive way to solve the wrong problem.
