Digital Platforms
Need something more than a website? We build bespoke platforms that bring users, data, workflows and communication together — so a process that currently lives across email, spreadsheets and three separate tools lives somewhere it can be seen and managed.
All servicesSuited to

- Anyone with several kinds of user who need to see different things
- Businesses whose service is the product, and needs somewhere to live
What you get
- Roles, permissions and the workflow between them
- A bespoke administration area built for your process
- Messaging and notifications where the process needs them
- Reporting on the things you actually decide with
- Hosting, backups and a way to release changes safely
How this kind of work runs
01
Map the roles before the screens
Most platform trouble is a permissions question that got answered late. Who sees what, who can change what, and what happens when they do — that comes first.
02
One system, not four integrations
A platform earns its keep by removing reconciliation. If the answer to a question depends on which tool you ask, it has not been built yet.
03
Admin is a product too
The people running it are in there every day. A backend that is unpleasant to use quietly becomes a backend nobody keeps up to date.
Questions
- How is this different from a website with a login?
- A website with a login shows people things. A platform is where the work happens — applications move, decisions get recorded, and the state of the process is the point rather than the content.
- Can it start small?
- It should. The first version needs to carry one real workflow end to end. Everything else is easier to judge once something is running.
