The problem

A visitor arrives at an attraction with questions that have nothing to do with marketing: where is it, when is the next talk, where can we eat, is there a lift. Most venues answer those with a paper map printed in February and a website designed for people who have not arrived yet.

The idea

Build the visit, not the brochure. The useful window is the few hours somebody is actually on site, and almost nothing is designed for it.

What we built

A mobile attraction experience with an interactive map, live timetables, venue information and social, delivered as a white-label product so each venue ships its own branded app rather than appearing inside a generic directory of attractions.

How it works

The venue manages its own content — what is on today, what has moved, what is closed. The visitor opens a map that knows where they are standing and a timetable that knows what time it is. The same platform serves every venue, and each one looks like nobody else’s.

Key functionality

  1. 01

    Interactive Maps

Visitors find their way around with an interactive map and integrated directions.

  2. 02

    Live Timetables

Talks, shows, feeding times and events, as they are actually running today.

  3. 03

    Social

The venue’s channels brought into the visitor experience rather than left off to one side.

  4. 04

    Venue Information

Opening times, facilities, food and accessibility — the things people look up while standing in a car park.

  5. 05

    White Label

Every venue gets its own branding, its own content and its own experience.

Why it matters

Visitors get around and see more of what they came for. The venue owns the relationship and the branding instead of renting space in someone else’s app, and can change what is on the screen without raising a support ticket.

One platform. Your attraction. Your brand.
